Veriant Solutions is a multi-industry staffing firm partnering with businesses to provide consultants in IT, Telecommunications, and Operations Support roles. We are looking to expand and diversify our client base and we need a motivated, seasoned Business Development Manager.
What You’ll Do:
As our BDM, you will be a key member of our team. On a day to day basis you will:
• Work to build strong relationships with local and regional clients helping to grow the company and diversify the client base.
• Research and follow up on leads in an open territory (we work with contracts across the country so you can grow your book of business locally or nationally).
• Set daily activity goals for yourself and the team and ensure and track attainment of goals.
• Entertain clients over lunch, dinner, sporting events, games, concerts, etc.
• Collaborate with recruiting team to ensure our clients’ needs are fulfilled.
• Be the person who you would want on your team. Be positive, and communicate with team members.
What You Bring:
• Experience in the staffing industry.
• Enthusiasm to research and contact leads.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Comfort collaborating with a close knit team.
• Ability to effectively manage your own time.
