What You’ll Do:
In this role you will be responsible for managing all email campaigns for multiple departments and lines of business. On a day to day basis you can expect to:
- Work with multiple internal and external teams to develop and improve creative email templates.
- Work with internal marketing teams and other departments to create email programs that target appropriate audiences.
- Collaborate with other Email Marketing Managers to oversee the email marketing calendar.
- Optimize end user engagement and manage all reporting of campaign analytics for specific campaigns.
- Establish testing matrix for all campaigns ensuring that they meet company standards.
- Establish QA process for all email creative.
- Analyze data and recommend ways to improve performance.
- Support and train internal clients on campaign management.
What You Bring:
You are a creative thinker with experience managing email marketing programs. You love to see programs through the whole process whether it’s working with the creative team on strategy or crunching the numbers to track your success. You have:
- A strong background in email marketing and database marketing, including testing and evaluating campaigns using analytics.
- Experience with marketing funnel management.
- Proficiency in HTML (required) and experience using Adobe Dreamweaver (preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including editing and proofreading.
- Exceptional project management skills.
- A detail-oriented mindset and high quality standards.
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Flexibility to think critically and problem solve.
- Experience in IBM Marketing Cloud/Silverpop or similar email service provider (preferred).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with database software (highly desirable).
- BA/BS required.
