What You'll Do:
- On-site team support including: screening phone calls, data entry, and general administrative duties
- Processing and entering new data into company database
- Generating support packages and documentation for the invoicing
- Develop and maintain relationships with field services and support agents
- Verify contact information and assist in the claims process
Required skills:
- Highly proficient in MS Office programs: MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Experience with AP/AR and high volume invoicing
- Minimum 1-3 years of data entry experience
- Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills
College degree or equivalent experience if preferred
